If you are looking for an affordable way to visit Kruger Park, this is your answer. Would highly recommend their services to anyone. Danielle was very friendly and was ready to answer any of our questions from booking to during our stay. If you do have the time for the panoramic day tour, please do not miss it as they take you to visit some amazing views of the area. Packed breakfast were very good and dinner was even better (with a lovely surprise of having 2 of them set in our terrace). Our package included airport transfers, bfast and dinner, and daily tours and thus we did not have to think of anything else whilst there - except keep a look out for the animals during the safari (also managed very good sighting of 4 of the BIG 5 thanks to our tour guide).
We did the 5 day Kruger Park/Panorama tour and had a fantastic experience. From the outset Danny and her enthusiastic team made us feel welcome and ready to enjoy our stay. Rooms were comfortable and clean, with tea/coffee provided. Our main safari guide, Jay, was passionate and knowledgible about his job and we often went off the main roads to find exciting spotting opportunities. We were rewarded with seeing a number of rare wild dogs right next to us, as well as eyeballing 2 large rhino a few meters from us!
After returning at about 3 pm we could enjoy the peaceful Windmill Retreat gardens before gathering for a tasty homemade dinner--2nd helpings available too! On my wife's big birthday, they even made a lovely cake to celebrate--a very nice gesture and reflects Shinzelles' commitment to excellent customer service--we can highly recommend Shinzelle Safaris if you want a value for money, professional and well organized game safari experience.
Our family of five thoroughly enjoyed our Safaris during our March April stay, Jay our Kruger guide was fantastic. He really made the day of our all-day safari enabling us to get a rare video of over five minutes of two elephant herds playing and cooling off in a watering pond. Our friends and family in the United States rave about what we saw and recorded.
Our evening safari was also exciting in the we were able to see and photograph the rare leopard and a herd of elephants crossing the road in a cloud of dust after dark.
Our African expeditions enabled us to experience and photograph all of the Big 5.
Our one day panoramic tour of Blythe River Canyon was filled with overlooks and remarkable water falls, concluding at Lone Creek Falls where nine months earlier our son proposed to his future bride whose wedding we had just attended a few days earlier.After returning at about 3 pm we could enjoy the peaceful Windmill Retreat gardens before gathering for a tasty homemade dinner--2nd helpings available too! Danielle and the team are very friendly, hospitable and accommodating. The lodging was excellent, and the meals were delicious. Our guides were top-notch. As we felt like a lot of the time was spent in vehicles (getting from JNB to Kruger and at the park) and we had seen the "big five" plus many other animals, we requested some changes to our last day - a walk with bird watching along the Sabie River. They were very happy to make the change and because of this we experienced another biome with amazing bird life in the lush foliage of the Sabie valley.
